Srpski језик AC metal-clad armoured switchgear provides a robust and compact solution for medium voltage power distribution, ensuring maximum operator safety and continuous process reliability. Engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments, this switchgear incorporates vacuum circuit breaker technology, advanced interlocking mechanisms, and fully compartmentalized construction. Each functional unit is separated by earthed metal partitions, preventing arc propagation and making the equipment ideal for utilities, mining, oil and gas, and large commercial facilities. Our manufacturing process follows IEC 62271-200 and relevant local standards, delivering switchgear that meets the most demanding performance requirements. The design supports flexible configurations, including single busbar, double busbar, and ring main arrangements, while the withdrawable breaker truck allows rapid maintenance without shutting down the entire switchboard. Complementing this fixed pattern lineup, we also offer the Withdrawable AC Armored Metal-Enclosed MV Switchgear, which shares the same core safety philosophy but features a fully withdrawable circuit breaker compartment for increased operational flexibility. This variant enhances ease of inspection and dramatically reduces mean time to repair in critical installations where downtime is simply not an option.
The AC Metal-Clad Armoured Switchgear distinguishes itself through precise thermal management, superior arc fault containment, and a modular approach that simplifies extension and retrofitting. High-grade copper conductors, silver-plated contacts, and pressure relief flaps on every high-voltage compartment combine to create a system that excels in both normal and fault conditions. Instrument transformers, protection relays, and control wiring are housed in separate low-voltage chambers accessible without entering the medium voltage area, preserving the safety of maintenance personnel. With rated voltages from 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV and short-time withstand currents up to 40 kA for 3 seconds, the AC Metal-Clad Armoured Switchgear can handle the full spectrum of medium voltage applications. All switching operations are mechanically and electrically interlocked to prevent maloperation, and the embedded condition monitoring options support predictive maintenance strategies that extend asset life. Below you will find detailed technical parameters and ordering specifications that demonstrate the scope and configurability of this equipment.

Every AC Metal-Clad Armoured Switchgear panel is routine tested for dielectric withstand, main circuit resistance, and mechanical operation before leaving the factory. Optional type tests for internal arc, temperature rise, and seismic performance can be supplied with customer witness. The switchgear integrates seamlessly with digital substation architectures via IEC 61850 communication, and remote terminal units can be installed in the low voltage compartment for SCADA connectivity. A complete set of drawings, including wiring schematics, footprint layouts, and cable entry details, is provided with each order to simplify site preparation. Spare parts, commissioning support, and extended warranty packages are available to ensure the long-term performance of the installation.
