DAYA GCS LV Switchgear Working conditions

Altitude: ≤ 2000 m.

Temperature range: -5 °C to +40 °C, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35 °C.

The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40 °C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at low temperature (90% at +20 °C). And air must be clean.

Workplaces should be free of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Gradient: ≤ 5°, vertical installation.

Temperature range of transportation & storage: -25 °C to +55°C, and the temperature can be up to +70 °C in short time (within 24 hours).

1. Cabinet Design: All sharp, right-angled edges that operators may encounter have been refined with R angles to eliminate any risk of scratching or injuring personnel. The enhanced busbar frame facilitates simpler installation of busbars while also boasting an aesthetic appeal. The ventilation grid atop the cover features an anti-drip mechanism, and the top cover's open design allows users to effortlessly position horizontal busbars on site.

2. Drawer Construction: The drawer incorporates a double-folding positioning groove rivet riveting process, ensuring all parts are precision-molded in a single operation. This guarantees 100% drawer interchangeability. Additionally, the double-folding and rivet technology eliminates issues like sheet burrs and self-tapping screw tip injuries.

3. Connectors: The innovative connectors for the drawer's incoming and outgoing lines enable direct integration with the function board and metal channel, requiring no additional modifications. The secondary connector offers ease of connectivity and ensures a visually appealing wiring setup.
